How do I calculate shipping costs for my courier contract?
Use our Freight Price Calculator on the Home page. Enter the cargo volume, number of jumps, and collateral value to see Standard and Lightspeed prices instantly.
How do I use your services?
With just 2 easy steps. Use our Freight calculator on the Home page, then Create a Courier contract in game with the quoted values, and contract it to WarpHaul Logistics corporation.
What ships do you use for transport?
We currently use Blockade Runners, Deep Space Transports, and Freighters depending on the cargo size and collateral value.
What is the difference between the Standard and Lightspeed delivery?
Standard Delivery is our standard speed service, which allows up to 3 days for delivery. Lightspeed delivery costs 50% more than standard, but guarantees delivery within 24 hours for more urgent shipments.
Can I track my cargo?
No, currently we don't have a way to provide tracking as this creates operational security issues. You will however always receive a delivery mail once your goods have been delivered.
What security spaces do you operate in?
WarpHaul currently operate throughout HighSec and LowSec. We do not currently accept courier contracts in Null, Thera, Pochven or any other J-Space.
Why would I use you over the bigger, better known corporations?
The benefit we have right now, is we're smaller and cheaper. That means your goods aren't sat in a long waiting queue - and your wallet is less impacted.
Can I join WarpHaul Logistics?
The corporation is brand new and setting out the foundations. If you want to get involved, for now please contact Damon Charante in-game to discuss your interests.
I live in Nullsec, can you move my assets to/from there?
Not at the moment. Whilst the corporation is still small, we only provide Highsec and Lowsec services for optimal operations. In the future this will expand to Jump Freighter services in null and beyond.
